Change is inevitable. Yet most of us resist. Change is constant and we would rather its didn’t impact us. Every improvement is a result of change, although not every change is an improvement. In this business there are two certainties – (1) Yesterday is a lost opportunity – (2) tomorrow presents a new challenge. There is no slow lane in today’s never ending road race. There is no off switch, there is no reverse, and you have to fix flat tires while moving. In the fast lane of change in the radio business, there are no easy off ramps.
If we do not keep with the times and change with the times, we are falling behind. No organization can succeed with – a business as usual mask and expect to remain on top. We must constantly be make improvements and developing the innovations that will keep us out front. We never want to allow ourselves to be stuck in cruise control mode.
Yogi Berra’s most famous quote is “when you come to a fork in the road, take it.” What does this mean? Make a decision, have a card in the game – the worse thing we can do now is nothing to improve our business situation. Every day presents a new opportunity and we should be ready to take advantage of those opportunities. Are you ready to take advantage of the new opportunities in 2017.
Right now, our radio stations offer our customers a way to reach a customer base that can match up with your product offerings. We have 7 different products, each matching a specific lifestyle group.
